Dr. Luong was raised in San Jose, California. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of California Riverside. He later received a scholarship and obtained his medical doctor degree from St. Matthew's University in the Grand Cayman Islands. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Mclaren Regional Medical Center--Michigan State University, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Luong also completed a fellowship at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in Faculty Development. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine, Arizona Geriatrics Society, and American Geriatric Society.
His interests include musculoskeletal conditions, cardiac health, minor surgical procedures, and healthy living. He is also fluent in English, Vietnamese, and has working knowledge in Spanish. He has 3 wonderful children. His hobbies include technological gadgets, baseball, and hiking.

Phuong (Casey) Pham had been a nurse for 8 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Arizona in Arizona. Throughout her career as a Registered Nurse, she had worked at multiple Banner hospitals, including Banner Baywood, Banner Dessert, and Banner Ocotillo. Casey is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed in Arizona.
As a family nurse practitioner, Casey brings empathy, an easy communication style, and a sweet sense of humor, making it easy for her to talk to patients and family members. Casey is a firm believer in providing quality, patient-centered care; she enjoys getting to know her patients as individuals. Clinically, Casey is passionate about preventative care and management of chronic health conditions.
During her free time, Casey enjoys hiking with her 2 dogs or reading with her 3 cats.
